These clamp modules are used to locate and clamp a workpiece in conjunction with clamping screws (CP155-L, CP155-D). Activating the clamp pulls the clamping screw downward and secures it in position. Secured to the base plate using a Clamping Screw (CP156); use with a Tapered Clamping Screw (CP155-L) for precise locating. The body is made from 4140 steel, precision ground, with a black oxide finish. The clamping nut is made from 4140 steel, quenched and tempered, with a black oxide finish. The locking screw is made from 4135 steel, quenched and tempered, with a black oxide finish.
