Flex locators are mechanical locating elements designed for quick change applications. The tapered pins paired with receiver bushings allow easy operation and excellent repeatability. Flex locators combine positioning and clamping in one operation, reducing setup time during fixture changes. The tapered surface contact ensures precise locating repeatibility to 0.003 mm. The mechanical design with cam and ball-lock mechanism creates heavy duty clamping force up to 4500 N (1,000 lbs).
