One-Touch Tool Changers are manual tool changers ideal for collaborative robots, mounting directly to an ISO robot flange without an adapter for quick, tool-free changes with a simple lever operation. Dual-sided tapered clamping jaws grip the clamping pin with minimal operating force while providing strong, secure holding, and a tactile click confirms when locking is complete. A built-in safety lock automatically secures the lever in the clamped position, preventing accidental release during operation. The simple clamping pin interface requires only a single pin and mounting plate on the tool side, allowing a wide range of tools and end effectors to be used with minimal interface requirements — improving tooling flexibility, simplifying integration, and reducing tool-side costs.

Body is made from aluminum with an electroless nickel plating finish, black. Locking lever is made from 4140 steel, quenched and tempered, with an electroless nickel plating finish. Release button is made from 1045 steel, quenched and tempered, with a nitrocarburized finish. Four socket-head cap screws for mounting are included (M5x0.8 - 30 mm long for QRMTC2-6030, or M6x1 - 30 mm long for QRMTC4-7030).
