These clamping pins are used with the One-Touch Tool Changer to provide the tool-side mounting interface for quick, manual tool changes on collaborative robots. The QRMTC-M6F features an internal M6x1 thread and is secured to the tool mounting plate with a customer-supplied socket-head cap screw. The QRMTC-M8 features an external M8x1.25 thread and mounts directly into a tapped hole in the plate. Both styles are precision machined to seat securely in the mounting hole and engage with the tool changer's tapered clamping jaws, providing a simple, low-component interface on the tool side. Made from 4140 steel, quenched and tempered, with an electroless nickel plating finish.
