These clamp mounts provide a mounting interface for installing QCPS Push Lock Clamps onto commercially available linear rails. The push lock clamp is mounted onto the linear rail clamp mount, and the assembly slides onto the linear rail to the desired position. The mounting screws are loosely tightened to allow adjustment, and a 0.5 mm feeler gauge (customer supplied) is used between the rail and the mount to ensure equal clearance on both sides before the mounting screws are fully tightened. Once positioned, the push lock clamp can be operated to lock the assembly onto the rail with a simple lever action. The mount is made from A5052 aluminum alloy with an anodized finish.
