This base is part of the Quick Zero Setting Devise system. These clamp modules are used to locate and clamp a workpiece in conjunction with the Quick Zero Holder and Quick Zero Plate. Turning the clamp cam shaft with a hex wrench pulls the holder (QZSD-C6-H) and workpiece downward, securing them into position. To secure to a t-slot machine table, attach this base to the Quick Zero plate (QZSD-C6-P). The body is made from 4130 steel, carburized hardened, with a black oxide finish. The cam shaft is made from 4135 steel, quenched and tempered, with a black oxide finish.
