Shipment Discrepancies

Claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Please check orders upon arrival. All damages must be noted on delivery receipt. Shortages and damages must be called into Fixtureworks at 1-888-794-8687 or 1-586-294-1188.


Return period

The return period is 30 days from date of purchase.


Return Material Authorization (RMA)

An RMA is required for any return regardless of reason. Please call 1-888-794-8687 or 1-586-294-1188 for an RMA number. Returns will not be accepted unless accompanied by this number.

  • Always include a copy of your invoice or packing slip.
  • Include the RMA# prominently on the shipping label
  • Return shipments must be pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. returns
  • Please insure your return shpment. Fixtureworks is not responsible for lost shipments.



Unfortunately, we cannot accept the following returns:

  • Materials returned after 30 days from date of shipment will not be accepted.
  • Altered or etched items will not be accepted.
  • Non-standard and/or special order products (including vises, plates, columns and tombstones) cannot be cancelled or returned.
  • Damaged items (including damage during shipment) will not be accepted. Claims for damage during shipment must be made directly with the courier.


Restock Fee

Items that are assembled to order and special order quantities cannot be returned or may incur restock fees.
