Each jaw in pair holds five TG GripSerts inserts (inserts sold separately). These jaws are made to fit on TriMax G and are ideal for 5-axis machining. Install TG GripSerts inserts for a clamping surface of only 3.5 mm. TG GripSerts jaws provide exceptional clamping stability, no need for pre-machining or dovetailing workpieces, vibration dampening and allow for very secure holding at lower clamping forces to avoid deforming the workpiece. This results in a higher cutting rate and less waste of materials than traditional clamping systems. Sold as a pair.
