These cam action lever fasteners allow for quick fastening and unfastening without the use of tools. Compared to conventional cam handles, QLCL levers have a higher resistance against vibration and feature a noticeable click feel at clamping end. Additionally, the handle position of the stud-type version can be set to any desired direction. Tighten these cam handles by threading like a traditional fastener, however for final tightening the cam lever is pushed downward. To unfasten, the handle is pulled up, releasing clamping force and allowing the fastener to be unthreaded. Cam lever made from 4140 steel. Ring nut and washer made from 1045 steel. Threaded stud made from 4135 steel. All components listed above are quenched and tempered, with an electroless nickel plating finish.
