COMPACT DOWN-THRUST CLAMPING WITH THE SIMPLE TURN OF A KNOB.

Fraser, MI – IMAO Fixtureworks expands its line of swing clamp line to include the new Mini Spring Swing Clamp. The compact design of QLSWM mini swing clamps make them ideal for vertical clamping of small workpieces.

 

A single knob is used to operate both the swing arm rotation and clamping action. When the clamping spindle contacts the workpiece, an internal spring compresses to apply consistent clamping force with every cycle. A click feel at the clamping end ensures consistent and reliable clamping force.

 

Mini Spring Swing Clamps are made from full stainless steel, and available both clockwise and counter-clockwise knob rotation. Spindle can be mounted above or below the arm for adjstable clamping height. The built-in spring provides a consistent, nominal clamping force of 10 N (2.2 lbf).
