Fraser, MI – Fixtureworks has recently expanded its lineup of industrial bumpers with nearly 300 additional parts added. This gives users even more options and versatility for guarding, stopping, and aligning machines and workpieces during the manufacturing process.

 

Many new round-type bumpers have been added to the product lineup. These bumpers are permanently bonded to a steel core and are offered in both inch and metric sizes in urethane, neoprene and nitrile materials. They are offered with a flush mount or hex standoff and with Shore durometers ranging from 40 to 95.

 

Additional rectangular and square bumpers are also added to the line. These bumpers are bonded to a steel plate, which provides greater rigidity and stronger mounting. They are offered in lengths ranging from 3/4' to 2-1/2". Materials include urethane and neoprene with Shore durometers ranging from 35 to 80.
