QUICK, EASY & SECURE TO USE. SWING CLAMP TYPES FOR EVERY NEED.

Fraser, MI – IMAO Fixtureworks expands its line of swing clamps line to include the new Stablelock-series Swing Clamp. QLSWW Stablelock clamps achieve superior mechanical positive clamping though the combination of a ball and tapered wedge clamping design along with spring force. With these innovative clamps, clamping force remains constant and strong no matter the application. A "click feel” at the end of clamping ensures reliable and safe operation while indicator lines on the handle and body align to clearly show when the clamp is locked or unlocked.

In addition to Stablelock clamps, Fixtureworks offers a wide range of swing clamp types that are quick, secure and easy to use. One-Touch swing clamps provide fast and accurate clamping without the use of tools, making them ideal for repetitive operations. They operate simply by rotating the handle, which swings the clamp arm over the workpiece and into clamping position. Further rotation of the handle draws the clamp arm down and applies direct downward force on the work piece.

Swing clamps with cam handles are also offered, which clamp down securely by pushing straight down on the handle once in position. When unclamped, the arm swings completely out of the way to allow for easy loading and unloading of the workpiece. Additionally, Fixtureworks offers swing clamps equipped with a hex head which allows for automated nutrunner clamping on robotized production lines.

Mechanical swing clamps from Fixtureworks are available in a wide variety of sizes and clamping forces, and are offered in clockwise and counterclockwise clamping directions. Click Here to view all Swing Clamps at Fixtureworks, or choose from the line below.
