Solid rollers with diameters from 1.50 in to 4.00 in. Material options include neoprene, nitrile, and polyurethane with shore hardnesses available from 20 to 95 durometer.
The grooves create less surface contact on the work piece and allow dirt, debris and liquids to pass. Rollers are available in neoprene, nitrile and urethane materials with hardness ranging from 20 to 60 durometer.
"Teardrop" holes allow the roller to flex for firm yet non-damaging contact. DuraSoft rollers have a smooth surface and are permanently bonded to a steel insert.
Bearing wheel covers and covered bearings for guide wheel and track roller applications.
One or two bearings are held in place with snap rings or press-fit and bonded into place. Choose from standard, precision, and precision sealed bearings. Also available as urethane covered bearings.
Designed to be mounted to a round shaft and secured with two set screws.
Covered bearings (also commonly referred to as molded bearings) have a smooth urethane or neoprene surface that is cast directly to a precision sealed ball bearing. They provide smooth, quiet and non-marring operation, and the urethane provides excellent abrasion resistance and durability. We offer most parts in three durometers - 35, 60 and 95. These parts are available with both a single and double bearing option. All covered bearings are available with or without mounting hardware.
These bearing wheels feature a roller bearing and a cover made from nylon, polyacetal, UHMW, PEEK, urethane, steel, or stainless steel. The wheels are flat, crowned or radial to meet your application needs. Bearing mount and stud mount versions available.
Offers highest abrasion resistance, strength, and load bearing.
Resistant to weather and flame.
Non-marring surface, ideal for finished surfaces.
Durometer is the measure of hardness (Shore A scale)
